At any time of the day, you can enjoy a drink and read the newspapers at your disposal.

Library

At Le Mistral, we're proud to pay tribute to three celebrities who left their mark on their time, and we're delighted to introduce you to them.

For lovers of philosophy and literature, and to better understand the personalities of Jean-Paul Sartre and Simone de Beauvoir who lived in our hotel in the 20th century, our library contains many of their works. A wonderful way to pay tribute to them!

For botany enthusiasts, or simply for those who love flowers, a selection of books illustrated by the painter Pierre-Joseph Redouté, famous for his watercolours and his passion for roses, will take you along in the footsteps of Jacques-Philippe-Martin Cels, who collected rare plants in his garden just a stone's throw from the hotel.

You can use it whenever you like, if you don't want to be overburdened during your stay, or if you want to enjoy Paris in complete freedom on the day of your arrival or departure.
